Listed on Bombay Stock Exchange, OEL is India's leading consumer durable and appliances company. Believe that human potential to achieve is highly elastic; understanding right motivation for each individual and sharing clear goals and vision, can enhance a team's results by multi-X factor. I am motivated by an opportunity to create 10X valuation for an organisation, in less then five years. This is possible, in almost any situation, especially in mid size companies. Business processes streamlining, data based decisions, close monitoring and review are my mantras. I get highly charged by consumer businesses, that need to reach the consumer in a more effective or efficient way. Distribution & Channel management is my clear strength. I am grateful to have learned basic consumer marketing at The Coca-Cola company. And have worked and learned by observing closely, visionary business leaders like Sunil Mittal, K.K Modi, B.D Park, C.K Birla. I volunteer community service, help tech start-ups at IIT- Delhi. I am an angel investor, who also loves to guide and advice on business models and strategy. I enjoy company of close friends, colleagues, relatives and sports, outdoors, gym and my weekly forest jog!
