Nitin Sharma is Founder at FirstPrinciples and Founder Incrypt Blockchain. My past experience includes being a founding principal at a $400M fund Lightbox (spun out of Kleiner Perkins & Sherpalo India portfolios), US venture investing at NEA, heading BD as an early employee at EverFi (one of the largest edtech networks globally) and founding Incrypt, a network to grow the blockchain ecosystem in India. Hands-on experience in hyper-growth and turnaround situations. Wore a few different hats as an early employee and head of BD at EverFi, laying the foundation for expansion into the higher education market. Led strategic finance projects for NEA companies Suniva and AddThis, and interned at InMobi. Have owned or helped solve problems across strategy, M&A, senior hiring, int'l expansion and fundraising for several startups.
