As Mg Partner at Sarcha Advisors LLP Its been a wonderful journey so far.I continue to learn as a 21 year old student of Philosophy ,Psychology and Digital Technologies but think like a person of 36 years with varied experience. I have been doing Angel Investment and love interacting with Founders and Business Owners . Met with over 200 founders so far. I offer advisory services , very selectively , like a 'Dost' subject to alignment of 'Values' .I will align with Family Offices using same principles similar to ones with Start Ups . I was associated with the Hero Corporate for last 24 years , last assignment was with Hero Enterprise Family Office . Prior to Hero worked with Escorts ( 82-90) and Ranbaxy (90-94). Amongst many achievements during 36 years of professional career , a few stand out : Led the process of acquisition of 26% Honda™s stake in JV with Hero , at 50% Discount , Debt Financing for the acquisition of Honda's stake Raised equity from Bain Capital and GIC Evaluated Hero Group entry into renewable energy Was engaged in a variety of roles in setting up of JVs Ergo (subsidiary of Munich Re) and M&A for JV with Daimler.
