What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website or web application. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, to remember your preferences, and to provide analytical information to website operators.
VentureSuite uses cookies and similar technologies (including web storage mechanisms such as localStorage and sessionStorage, and tracking pixels where applicable) to operate the Platform, remember your settings, and understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it.
Types of Cookies We Use
We categorise our cookies into four types based on their purpose. The following table provides a complete inventory of cookies used on VentureSuite:

What we do not use: VentureSuite does not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels for ad networks, or any cookies that share your data with social media platforms for advertising purposes.
Essential Cookies
Essential cookies are strictly necessary for the Platform to function. These cookies cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality. No consent is required for these cookies under applicable law because they are strictly necessary for the provision of the service you have requested.

Analytics Cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand how the Platform is used so we can improve the experience. These cookies are only set with your consent. All analytics data is aggregated and anonymised — individual user journeys are not linked to personal identifiers.

PostHog is self-hosted: Our analytics are operated on our own infrastructure. Anonymised usage data does not leave our servers and is not shared with any third-party analytics cloud platform.
You can opt out of analytics cookies at any time from your account settings (Privacy → Cookie Preferences) or through your browser's cookie controls. Opting out will not affect your ability to use the Platform.
Preference Cookies
Preference (functional) cookies remember your settings and choices so you do not have to re-enter them on each visit. These cookies are optional but improve your experience significantly.

Disabling preference cookies means your settings will not be saved between sessions and you will need to re-configure your preferences on each visit.
Managing Your Preferences
You have multiple ways to control cookie settings on VentureSuite:
Withdrawing consent for optional cookies will not prevent you from accessing or using any core feature of VentureSuite. Our Platform is fully functional with essential cookies only.
Third-Party Cookies
We limit our use of third-party cookies to what is strictly necessary. The following third parties may set cookies in connection with your use of VentureSuite:

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other advertising or social media tracking technologies. We do not participate in programmatic advertising networks, retargeting, or cross-site tracking of any kind.
Policy Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our cookie usage or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will:
- Display a prominent notice on the Platform notifying you of the change.
- Send an email notification to registered users if the changes affect essential cookies or add new optional cookie categories.
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy.
- Re-request your consent for any new optional cookie categories added.
We recommend reviewing this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy for processing that requires consent.
