Common questions about what it means to be indexed, how it differs from dealflow, and what investors should expect.
Apply for Access →The index represents the full qualified inventory of companies that have passed Venture Suite's structural evaluation. Browse Dealflow shows a ranked, filtered subset of that inventory tailored to your specific investment criteria. The index is the universe. Dealflow is your personalised view of it.
No. Indexed companies only appear in your feed when they align with the investment criteria you have defined. A company can be fully qualified and indexed but not visible to you if it falls outside your sector, stage, geography, or score preferences.
Yes. If a company's disclosures become outdated, if material information changes, or if the administrative review identifies inconsistencies, the company may be moved back to pending status until the issues are resolved. Indexed status reflects current qualification, not permanent approval.
The index updates continuously as companies complete onboarding, pass evaluation, or update their disclosures. New companies enter the index as they meet qualification thresholds. There is no fixed batch cycle.
Indexed status means the company has entered the system and may still be completing additional disclosures or progressing through readiness evaluation. Live status means the company has fully passed all thresholds and is actively visible in investor feeds where alignment exists.
Engagement follows the structured progression framework. From the index, you can view a company profile and begin the engagement sequence (Follow, Shortlist, Intro Request). Direct communication opens only after demonstrated interest through the defined states.
Within the index view, the default sort is by structural score. However, the ranking you see in your personalised dealflow is determined by the Matching Framework, which considers alignment across multiple dimensions. Score is one factor among several.
The underlying index is the same qualified set of companies. However, what each investor sees when browsing dealflow is personalised based on their defined criteria. Two investors with different parameters will see different companies surfaced, even though the index behind them is identical.
